Strategic purpose of the position: To record, control and report on the Company's assets, including quantity, quality and value.
Job summary:
** Reporting and controlling responsibilities:
- Contract master data controlling.
- Capex purchase controlling based on Group/Company policy.
- Fixed asset VAS & IFRS entries and reconciliation.
** AP role and responsibilities:
- Verifying AP dossiers and posting 3-way matching invoice for purchase of inventory, spare parts and capex, plus non-items invoices including logistics or other services.
- Coordinating with bank accountant to ensure all on due payments.
- Controlling vendor balances.
** Other roles:
- Back up for AP marketing accountant.
- Other tasks when required by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A minimum of three-years as an AP Accountant in an big manufacturing company.
- Excellent in MS Excel.
- Well organised, responsible, diligent, honest, teamwork spirit.
- English fluency.
- Professional and good communication skill.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Ability to interact with staff in other functional departments and vendors in a professional manner.
