Promotions:
Evaluation will conduct every 3 months; we provide feedback to employee to help the employee to advance. The contract is renewing every year. Promotion will take in the place if employee meets the qualifications. However, termination or not renewing the contract will take in the place if is required.

Salaries:

1. Internship with pay: $ 250 /month
- Internship period: 3 months

2. Entry Level: $396 / month
- Include: $300 salary + $66 insurance + $30 Paid Lunch
- Starting on month 4th.

3. Associate 1: $446/ month
- Include: $ 350 salary + $66 insurance + $30 Paid Lunch
- Starting on month 7th

4. Associate 2: $529/ month
- Include: $ 400 salary + $66 insurance + $30 Paid Lunch + 33.3

5. Team Lead: $583.5/ month
- Include: $ 450 salary + $66 insurance + $30 Paid Lunch + 37.50

6. Manager I: $637 / month
- Include: $ 500 salary + $66 insurance + $30 Paid Lunch + 41.60

7. Manager II: $691 / month
- Include: $ 550 salary + $66 insurance + $30 Paid Lunch + 45.83

What we are looking for:
We are offering a very competitive benefit package and salaries because we are starting new and small. Our goal for end of 2019 is to have 5 accountants and 2020 goal is increased to 10 accountants. We will always hiring because we are new and small and ready to expand. Our goal is to expand unto 50 team members in 2025.

Job will consist of the following duties:
- Collect documents for Bookkeeping
- Utilized Excel to code the transaction
- Accounting work : Bookkeeping
- Constantly updating the Marketing, website and social media
- Take care of recorded accounting transactions that meet accounting standards (US GAAP)

Working hour : full-time
- Monday - Friday : 8:00 am- 5:00 pm ( 1 hour lunch )
- Location: 71 Bình Giã Phường 13, Tân Bình, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam

Skills and experience
● No Experience Needed, New Grad is welcome. We will Train!
● Female prefer
● Ability Read and write in English
● Minimum Diploma qualified preferably Degree in Accounting
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel
● Great communication and interpersonal skills
● Effective time management and organizational skills
