Accountant-Admin At Zago

• Support General Manager to prepare budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Support accounting department to prepare the tax report (monthly, quarterly, annual report)
• Support accounting department to prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports
• Update and maintain our database (product, price, payment term…)
• Organize inventory in Zago Showrooms
• Manage Zago stores’ fixed assets as well as non-capitalized equipment and physical check
• Control goods that get in/out Zago stores
• Handle cash (showroom spending, customer deposit…)
• Check customers payments & debts while cooperating with sales team
• Coordinate delivery at warehouse and customer home
• Work closely with logistic & delivery team to ensure smooth goods delivery
• Back up sales team in sales if needed
• Other related duties as required

Work mode:
• Working: 9h – 18h (including 1 hour lunch)
• Working 6 days a week and 1 day off

Workplace:
• ZAGO Showroom: 49 Xuan Thuy street, Thao Dien ward, District 2, HCMC

• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Good English skills (both oral and writing)
• Good knowledge of FAST Accounting is a big advantage
• At least 1 year-working experience in related field.
• Honest, ability to work independently
• Good VAS/Tax regulations knowledge
• Sales skill is a plus
