Mô tả công việc
- Process daily bank statements, enter cash receipts to debtor accounts.
- Allocate payments and update accounts receivable ledger by customer.
- Control Unapplied payments listing and make sure it is cleared daily.
- Check Aging report and control customers’ arrears about Credit Limit and Overdue Amounts.
- Obtain and email invoice copies for customers, based on requested.
- Deal with customers for any issues related to monthly statements of accounts.
- Resolve daily inquiries from customers: disputed invoices, split invoices or other relevant requests.
- Support team during month-end process and on quarterly/yearly audit periods.
- Assists with related matters, as required, such as account invoicing and accounts payable issues.
