Start with 1 year contract and you have big opportunity to move into full time employee as we are a new established company in Medical device (iTero and Invisalign) with strong plan to expand in Vietnam market.
Job descriptions
• Weekly preparation of shipment detail and follow up confirmation from customers for billing purpose.
• Generate invoices and be responsible for all billing to customers.
• Timely prepare of revenue reconciliation between SAP and local invoices to ensure all services are fully billed and send reconciliation report with local invoice numbers and get alignment with customers.
• Responsible for AR collections from customers.
• Identify slow paying customers and well followed up collections.
• Document and verify invoices prior payment to vendors.
• Responsible for regular accounting processes such as AP and Journal entries.
• Assist Finance Manager in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist Finance Manager in preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly CIT, VAT, WHT returns.
• Assist Finance Manager in supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures comply with Legal and Corporate guidelines.
• Ad hoc reports when required.

Experience/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or professional accounting certifications.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Has working experience in multinational companies
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts.
• Deadline-conscious with “can do” spirit to ensure timely reporting.
• Have positive work attitude. Willing to work longer hours during peak periods.
Skills required
• Language: good in English (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of Finance ERP system (SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or professional accounting certifications.
