- Reconcile Sales Statistic and Portfolio Report from Branch weekly and before monthly cut-off time.
- Record Daily Sales Performance and announce Daily Loop basing on sales reporting
- Record Monthly, YTD Sales Performance basing on Company scheme
- Monthly checking sales commission and service incentive
- Quarterly checking sales incentive and service incentive
- Yearly checking sales incentive
- Accrue and record sales commission/incentive into Financial System monthly/quarterly
- Recognize branch revenue basing on Invoice Run Process and reconcile invoice run forecast before running.
- E-Billing (issued invoice via E-Portal)
Monthly Random check original contract, Costing vs ICABs system.
Issue credit note (CN) basing on credit approval
- SOS weekly checking and feedback to branch before invoice run.
- Prepare VAT output, check VAT input and prepare monthly VAT report & payment.
- Other tax report.
- External & Internal Audit
- 26 Controls - JV, Reconcile
- Handle month end closing activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least graduated from University/ College with major in Finance/Accounting
- Have at least 2 working year experience in the same position
- Customer service orientation; good analysis, persuasion and complaints solving skills
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese
- Hard working, careful & patient
- Familiar with Accounting software
- Have at least 2 working year experience in the same position
