Account Trucking (Nhân Viên Quản Lý Khách Hàng)

• Check daily shipment .Input to Eilis, Cello system (HTNS, SAMSUNG System) to managing all of shipment in HTNS system everyday.
• Checking the SOA , send SOA to Customer, get the confirm
• Make Debit Note and confirm AR ( Base on SOA that customer confirm)
• Check the payment request from Trucker ( Partner )
• Make confirm for trucker and let them issue Red Invoice.
• Send Account Team all documents as per their request ( SOA of trucker, Customer, Monthly Debit Note )
• Make Payment Application of Agent.
• Input Eilis, Cello system to confirm payment

Working location: 63 Lo Lu, Truong Thanh Ward, District 9
Working time: 7:50AM-5:30PM from Monday to Friday/7:50AM-12:00AM on Satuday

• Fluent level of English communication
• Have 1-2 years of experiences in accounting or work related with Im-Ex
• Graduated from college or higher level.
• Enthusiastic
• Hard-working and careful.
• Male and Female
