Mô tả công việc
• Perform administrative work related to the contract.
• Manage PO of contracts.
• Cooperate with OPS manage all activities of sites
• Support BD team about the contracts
• Implementation, monitoring and review costing, P&L all of contracts.
• Support BD Specialist implement about the project.
• Building up costing, warming about the costing & contract
• Translate from English into Vietnamese or reverse: letters, presentations, templates, brochures, proposals, and contracts.
• Edit proposals, contracts
• Translate proposals, contracts
• Other workload as assigned by Manager to meet with the company business development needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree holder with relevant experience, preferably working for foreign companies
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently demonstrate initiative
• Ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skill
• Must possess integrity, diplomacy, persuasion, and respect confidentiality
• Good knowledge of sales, marketing (knowledge about design will be an advantage)
