Mô tả công việc
- To monitor AR team — GT channel to ensure all AR task complying with company policy
- To deal with AR tasks as order releasing, recording cash, payment deduction in system and AR clearing in system, etc.
- To prepare daily, monthly and ad-hoc AR reports as AR aging. Provision, confirmation setter report, DSO report, etc.
- Regularly review credit limit granted to customers and monitor AR collection as per contract term
- Working with sales team and customers to collect the AR to ensure no long overdue and bad debt
- To prepare the AR confirmation and manage to collect AR confirmation as per company policy

- Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Economics Bachelor degree
- 03 years experiences in AR Team Leader in FMCG
- Experience in working with AR tasks in detail
- Expert to use spreadsheet analyze and manipulate large data (MS Excel, MS Access…)
- Be familiar with SAP system
- Good communication to deal with people, especially with sales team
- Leadership skill
- Detail oriented and carefully and integrity
- English Speaking, Writing and Reading
- 03 years experiences in AR Team Leader in FMCG
- Experience in working with AR tasks in detail
