Account Receivable Executive

1. Daily issue VAT invoices and sales/service/maintenance contracts management
2. AR management:
- Follow up with Customers/ Dealers on Advanced received and AR collection
- Post incoming payment and make sure it is reconciled with bank statement
- Monthly prepare Statement of Account and communicate to Customers/ Dealers
- Pro-actively to contact Help Desk team to solve issues in SAP system if any in daily operation
3. Monthly prepare VAT output report
4. Manage petty cash
5. Ensure all records and activities in line with internal procedures of revenue reconciliation and recognition
6. Be in charge, review and improve the electronic invoice process
7. Support External Audit/ Internal Audit / Tax Audit
8. Complete ad hoc requests from Department Manager

+ Educational qualification: University Degree
+ Specialized knowledge: Knowledge in Finance and Accounting
+ Experiences: More than 1 year experience as an Account Receivable Accountant
+ Skills:
- Accounting skill
- Excel skill
- Communication skill
+ Language/ Information Technology: English skill TOEIC 600 or equivalent SAP experience is preferred
+ Characteristics: Careful, Energetic, Positive, Diligent
+ Other requirement: Having Company Core-Value mind
