Account Receivable - Credit Controller

• Control OD/AR as the target.
• Coordinate with sales team to collect AR & outstanding by following 4 Steps system.
• Propose the solutions to reduce Overdue issues.
• Report overdue accounts to line Manager for adjustments, write- off or collections.
• General responsibility in book-keeping and reporting of accounts receivable
• Following AR aging to make sure all credit notes, over-collection, short-collection items must be cleaned up, input memo per guidelines.
• Follow credit customers list to update, renew timely and correctly.
• Communicate with customers/operators/sales for related account receivable matters efficiently.
• Regular update of received payment list.
• Sending SOA to client per guidelines. Contact and solve disputes/issues internally and externally.
• Credit facilities control.
• Other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

• SAP accounting software (FI/MM) is preferred
• University degree, at least 7+ years’ experience working in accounting & finance.
• Hard working, proactive, able to work under high pressure.
• Strong communication skills, good at written and verbal both in Vietnamese and English
• Effective interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflicts, provide support and motivation.
• Proactive & problem-solving skills is preferred.
