Account Receivable (AR) Team Lead

The position offers a great opportunity to deepen one’s understanding and expertise of financial processes both internally and externally.

You will be a part of the Finance team located in Vietnam, working closely with Maersk and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely collections from customers in Vietnam (incl. overseeing the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of our invoicing)
- Credit Management for Vietnam (incl. target setting in these KPIs)
- Improving the Vietnam AR processes through various projects such as ROE, Periodic Billing, Process alignment between L&S/Ocean
- Process Compliance and Improvements (e.g. AR processes incl. coordination to improve GSC VCM offshored tasks)
- Monitoring the write-off and waivers in DnD, incl. working closely with CS on collecting the dues on longstanding containers
- Improving customer experience on finance-related point
- Engage/visit customers on QBRs review to improve performance on working capital
- Other projects assigned by AFC and Chief Accountant of Vietnam. These projects may include Area scope.

Education & Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience in account receivable or related area.
- Strong knowledge in transactional finance and local tax.
- Experience in Logistic & services industry is advantages.
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
- Result oriented, Self-starter & ownership, Communicative/Extravert and able to deal with pressure and move forward with ambiguity.

- Problem solving: Quickly capturing what business requires, providing relevant insights based on the best data available for decision making. Decomposing a complex problem into manageable pieces
- Stakeholder management: Engaging with senior leaders, managing expectations and speaking-up & influencing without authority
- Communication & presentation: Presenting in front of senior leaders & decision-makers and getting your point come across in English
- Business acumen: Understanding of Logistics & Services business
- Microsoft Office suites: Advanced PowerPoint & Excel
