Review and verify invoices and check requests for appropriate documentation.
E-invoices from Vendor must be saved
Book/post all AP transactions to ledgers and other records in SAP software system
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments in SAP/HSBC
Monitor accounts to ensure the posting with right GL.
Debt confirmation
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
SAP experience is a must
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Honest, accurate, careful, professional attitude
Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
Good teamwork skills
Ability to speak and write English
Proficient in Excel and Word
