Mô tả công việc

1.Daily work
Check payment requests to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies, internal rules, and local regulations
Input payment vouchers, journal voucher into Accounting system
Monitor accounts to ensure payments being up to date
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Reconcile payable accounts , account at banks
Make daily cash flow
Check all payments after posting into Sun system

2.Monthly work
Assist to Supervisor in month end closing
Allocate the cost monthly when have incurred
Input Fixed Asset into Sun system
Calculate monthly statement of Insurance fee (Bao Minh & PTI) and make payment on time.

3.Ad hoc Tasks:
Contact with the banks and make the order for deposits
Other tasks be authorized…

Yêu cầu ứng viên

University degree of economics/management/ Finance Banking.
Experience with accounting in Bank is a must
5 years experience in accountant, especially in payable accounting at bank
Knowledge of accounts payable …
Literate in Microsoft Office
University graduate in Economy/Finance/Accounting
Fluency in English is required
