Account Payable Executive

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Make payment for all expenses and ensure all payment released on time:
• Daily payment import tax for Service Center: Import tax, VAT, Custom fee;
• Send payment forecast as requisition;
• Send payment report to MRO department (Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations);
• Process payment for domain;
• Process payment for 3rd party and employees;
• Process sales discount and net off AR&AP services;
• Process employees’ advance, follow up advances for timely clearance;
Monthly bank reconciliation.
2. Monthly check and book Warranty expense in SAP system
3. Monthly checking sales discount
4. Booking landed cost, tax, transportation, freight… for spare part in SAP system
Other tasks required by Management

*** Work location: 14th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam

• Education: University graduate – Accounting/Finance;
• Working experience: At least of 2 years' experience in Account Payable;
• Good working knowledge of English (spoken and written);
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs and the MS office Suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.) and email at a proficient level;
• Good interpersonal skills, team building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
