About the Job
This Account Payable Executive position will be responsible for assisting in processing invoices; preparing data entry and documents needed for payment for goods and services received from converting factory, based in VSIP2, Binh Duong province.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead role for Accounts Payable of the factory.
• Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
• Undertake a range of operational activities associated with accounts payable including providing an escalation point for complex queries, coordinating with other functions and vendors to follow up with internal process.
• Provide information for use in determining cash flow requirements.
• Proactively drive and implement AP best practices.
• Maintains strong internal controls related to the payables function
• Periodic vendor reconciliations for key vendors
• And other relevant duties as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4-6 years of experience in Account Payable or General Accountant.
• Previous work experience with SAP is a must.
• Experience in Big 4 and in manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be self-motivated and have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4-6 years of experience in Account Payable or General Accountant.
