Mô tả công việc
Provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Receive payment, process, verifying & reconciling invoices. Day-today management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
* Manage payment effectively:
- Scope of payables Custom Duty/FCT/PIT/Admin & Marketing Expenses/Trade Payment
- Statistics/internal report
- Collect documenet, verification & post/clear entries in the system
- Open item management
- Assist on reconciliation of AP ledger during month-end closing
- Ad-hoc request from line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 1 to 3 years of Account Payable experience
- Good knowledge of SAP is an advantageous
- Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented.
- Good communication skills
