Role:
Build volume, revenue & profitability in Modern Trade/Key Account by selling in Initiatives establish during the AOP.
Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned both F&B accounts of
Modern Trade comply with SPVB performance standards and CDA commitments.
Accountabilities:
1. Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned channel
- Develop, sell and execute effective CDAs with identified customers
- Develop and keep updated an account plan to SPVB standard (ASAP)
- Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
- Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions activities for accounts to enhance brand image and gain
share. Ensuring SPVB products always available in each store
- Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
- Monitor & control MT/KA Budget to increase revenue per case. Analize the results of MT/KA budget used
- Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard
- Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary
2. Setting objectives and tracking results
- Set clear objectives that are consistent with BU goals with each member of the team
- Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
- Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis
3. Identify & Win New Business
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution/new customers) & develop SPVB products in new
accounts in assigned location
4. Others
- Managing MTE/KAE & Blue force to execute daily sales operation in assigned location
- Lead problem solving and address team issue

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation in any disciplines.
- Experience of account management in Modern Trade channel is preferred.
- Possess Marketing knowledge & experience. Promotion planning.
- Analysis, planning skills and project management. Leadership.
- Communication, Presentation and Negotiations skills.
- High ownership and Teamwork spirit
- Fluent English for communication and writing, competent MS Office
- Experience of account management in Modern Trade channel is preferred.
- Possess Marketing knowledge & experience. Promotion planning.
- Analysis, planning skills and project management. Leadership.
- Communication, Presentation and Negotiations skills.
