Department: Strategic Planning
Job Level: Management team
Working time: Full-time Permanent
Role:
- Leading integrated projects from planning to the result of bidding project.
- Team management: to be a team leader (2-3 subordinates) of account services team to successfully (1)
- Manage projects that exceeds client’s needs, requirements; (2)
- Ensure company policy & procedures; (3)
- To be with management team to develop team & sharpen company culture.
Reporting: Report directly to Head of Department – Strategic Planning
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.
- Take responsibility two functions:
• Plan and direct integrated campaign for Clients, including Event & Activation, Digital, Social Media Marketing, Public Relation, & Advertising.
• Develop & manage corporate identity of the company.
- Strategy leading:
• Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply.
• Get the right and dig down consumer insights.
• Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team.
• Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects.
• Study, analyze all related and necessary data.
• Create direction and strategy.
- Research management:
• Desk research (collect data and analyze).
• Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research …).
• Cooperate with research agency.
- Presentation creation:
• Create the deck logically (and beautifully).
• Make presentation deck and present to client.
- Management:
• Allocate works to maximize the potentials of all members. Coach & supervise the team to ensure quality end-results.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team. Sharpen company culture together with management team.
• Responsible to canvass/source proposals from suppliers; update supplier files & records; and to build up good relationship with all suppliers.
• Well collaboration and reporting to HoD.
• Other duties as assigned by HoD.

Knowledge:
• Good Branding knowledge/ Strategic planning management is an advance.
• Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business Administration/ Professional Communication or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in advertising agency.
Skills and competencies
• Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry.
• Good understanding about consumer’s insight.
• Experiences in working with research agencies.
• Ability to look at both the big picture and details.
• Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set.
• Good at management skill to coach your team.
• Well cooperate with other department, ability to work independently as well as be a team player (especially work with other departments like Account and Creative).
• Able to handle pressure.
