Mô tả công việc
Managing dozens of campaigns in finance industry, split into 4 sub-industry: small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards, insurance (life and non-life), finance investment etc. of top clients such as Citibank, Shinhanbank, Shinhan Finance, DoctorDong, Cashwagon, etc. with the monthly sales revenue of hundred billion VND
● Creating a strategy/solution for sub-industries: small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards, life insurance, non-life insurance, finance investment
● Improving the campaigns performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
● Basic working process : data analysis-> identify problem-> build up improvement plan-> propose to client-> close the deal-> executing plan->data analysis->identify problem->…
● We are not only just optimizing Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, etc. This job is not only just calculating number on your desk. but we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors’ performance
● Negotiating with client to get better conditions for the campaigns , for our publishers and for our company
● Working, communicating, negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign ( including publisher management team , Customer service team, technical team, Marketing team)
● Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaign’s performance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Good communication, sales, negotiation skills
● Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’
● At least 1 year of experience in managing digital marketing campaign (hands-on experience is a big plus) in Finance industry (small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards, insurance (life and non-life), finance investment etc)
● Good Marketing mindset; basic awareness about commercial.
● Positive attitude, fast learner
● High responsibility for work is a ‘must’
● High pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
● Good English is a special advantage

- Compensation:
+ Gross salary: upto 1500$ (+ incentive)
+ Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review
+ 13th month salary in accordance with company policies and regulations
+ Meal, gasoline and mobile phone allowance and personal health insurance package allowance (depend each vacancy)

- Other information:
+ Office hours: Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
