Mô tả công việc
1. Key Responsibilities
- Get and clarify the briefs from clients and understand them deeply
- Analyze existing data in areas such as demographics, socio-economics… related to the client’s product
- Proactively suggest new means of developing and understanding the brand
- Get the right and dig down consumer insights
- Collaborate with internal team to identify strategic needs, strategic ideas, and lead all aspects of strategic planning on preparation of new pitches
- Give the exact proposition & creative directions to the team
- Create the proposal deck logically and beautifully
- Present the proposal to clients to win their hearts
- Monitor cultural and social trends, and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions
- The ability to manage execution plan in a timely manner with a keen attention to detail and KPI
- Plan and assign tasks for member of the team, daily works, weekly works, project works and report on time and ensure company reporting process.
2. Other Tasks include:
- Developing & managing corporate identity of the company.
- Plan & develop Internal Project for the Company
- Responsible to canvass/source proposals from suppliers; update supplier files & records; and to build up good relationship with all suppliers.
- Handle emergency situations arise and unintended conflicts between members of the team and other departments
- Training specialized skills to team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/ Female (25-35 years old)
- University Graduate in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related majors
- At least 3 years of expereience in Marketing
- Preferably 1 years of working experience as Account Manager/ Strategic Planner role at agencies
- Solid knowledge in Multidisciplinary Marketing and Strong background in Social Media.
- Fluent in English as well as Vietnamese
- Work independently and look at both the big picture and details
- Creative mind
- Logical thinking
- Excellent presentation skill
- Passion for Marketing, Social Media & Digital
