Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for managing accounts; create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients;
• Oversee a portfolio of existing and potential clients, actively seek new sales opportunities and identify areas of improvement to meet KPIs;
• Achieving sales KPIs and business OKRs.
• Consult on service contracts and agreements to maximize customer success;
• Liaising with cross-functional internal teams (including but not limited to Customer Success and Product teams) to improve the entire customer experience;
• Forecast and track key business metrics (e.g quarterly sales results) to calculate precisely commissions and payments;
• Prepare reports on account status via HubSpot;
• Assist Customer Success team with client requests or technical/service issue escalations as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant majors
• Proven track record as a successful Account Manager, Account Executive or relevant positions
• Solid experience with CRM softwares (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and MS offices (especially Excel)
• Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English and Vietnamese)
• Familiar with account management software (CRM), sales automation is a plus
