**POSITION PURPOSE
The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to maintain the company's existing relationships with a group of clients en-suring that all levels of the SLA are delivered at such a high standard ensuring customer retention and growth in line with company budgets.

As an AM, you will own and ensure the consistent delivery of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and be the central con-tact between the Client and Buffalo Tours teams. As the brand ambassador for the Client, you are expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Client’s brand, expectations and standards, and be passionate about executing the trip of a lifetime for our mutual passengers. You will be highly proactive in continuously improving the product offering, revenue and operational delivery across our destinations. You will engage with the customer and ensure that Buffalo Tours services are meeting and exceeding their expectations and advocate internally for improve-ment where necessary.

** Description
- Business Development
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing and new destinations by up-selling and cross-selling
• Work directly with the Regional Product and sales teams on annual contract negotiation and new business pitches, presenting the information and pitch back to the partner directly.
• Liaise with IT and distribution teams to ensure all technology requirements are met where possible to maximize sales
• Analyse sales figures and suggest suitable strategies for growth alongside the sales teams in market

- Customer Service Experience
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
• Directly responsible for the management of sales and relationships between the client and Buffalo Tours. Responsible for delivering growth with chosen partners in existing and new destinations
• Be involved in creating / negotiating and overseeing the SLA ensuring we are delivering across all levels (Res, Ops, pricing, product, commercial)
• Be the main point of contact for overseeing and owning each level of the partnership ensuring the service offered across each level is delivered at such a high standard the business is retained and growing in line with budgets.
• Identifying any road blockers preventing business growth from both sides of the partnership and following through to agree and implement a suitable and working solution.
• Understand the clients business, demands and needs, therefore ensuring the SLA is set and working across all levels to meet these demands and generating sales for the company in line with budget.
• Establish clear and efficient communication between parties and be the key point of contact between the two parties.
• Meet with in-destination Res/Ops/Sales and Client to review and proactively address the issues/feedbacks of service deliveries quality.

- Self Development
• Ask as well as participate in any trainings or upskilling recommended by the Leader or you feel relevant to your role.
• Ensure you maintain up to date with product knowledge and understand the Buffalo Tours offerings.

** ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in reservations, sales and/or account management in the travel/hospitality industry.
• In-depth Asia experience preferred.
• Proven track record in growing accounts and customer retention.
• Fluent in written and spoken English – Plus one other local language an advantage.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
