• Supporting Business Line strategy by following up sales plans for account.
• Defining and proposing sales target for account and ensuring the achievement.
• Ensuring coordinated sale approach to add value for ABB customers.
• Monitoring competitor’s activity and formulating and implementing the responsive strategy.
• Standardizing sales and marketing processes and tools for allocated account.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Electrical/Automation engineering, or Business related background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in similar industry.
• Strong communication & influencing skills with intercultural sensitivity.
• Action and result orientation and data management and analytical skill.
• Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems/ solutions, products and service categories.
• Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
