Account Manager is to oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.
General responsibilities
1. Company requirements
• Maintain relationship with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction;
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all colleagues;
• Able to understand customers’ requirements and communicate them to company;
• Able to speak out “point of view” of each project to clients;
• Able to understand cost structure and company’s expectation margin for each project;
• Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
• Supervise and support Senior Account Executive and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
• Use client feedback to improve client experience
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Keep Management team updated with competitor activities or Industry trend.
2. Expertise:
• The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
• Hands on project management of current and future campaigns, including taking detailed briefs, preparing and presenting proposals, constructing budget and timeline, attending client meetings and manage subordinates in working closely with creative teams, copywriters and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time and within budget and client expectations;
• Generate innovative ideas to support clients and boost brand awareness
• Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign
• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
• Regular communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
• Generating accurate reports and status notifications
• Make 'pitches' along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Education, qualifications and experience :
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role at Event & advertising Agency or 4 years in relevant field;
• Experience in the same position across various marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, PR, sales promotion, digital is an advantage
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Experience in professional client relationship management
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
• Professional appearance and persona
Skills :
• Good English in verbal and written communication
• Good written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
• Sound strategic and implementation skills, attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• Excellent people management skills and ability to work with a wide range of people
• Ability to work long hours, especially under tight deadline
• Travel to the client may be required
