Mô tả công việc

1. General Purpose and Scope:
• Connell Brothers is undertaking an organization-wide transformation that will allow us to deliver more value to our customers.
• We want to be able to deliver outstanding service to all our customers. To do that, we are building an organization that provides for their needs.
• The Core Product team been created to develop and grow accounts who purchase from CBC on a transactional basis. With this approach, we can focus more clearly on these important customers. Our intention is to build a simple and reliable channel to market to the customer. This comprehensive platform will include remote selling, internet technology and telephone tools. By integrating sales with fast, efficient and organized communications, we will have a powerful competitive advantage over our competition.
• The Core Products market will be served by the Core Products Account Managers, Account Specialists and Account Executives who will handle Core Products customers supported by phone and sophisticated information technology.

2. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• Work with Industry Manager/Head of Core Products to develop Core Products sales plan for target customers.
• Execute plan and meet or exceed set goals and business objectives with respect to sales growth, pipeline, retention, etc.
• Master the CRM platform and drive customer relationship management activities, using the CRM system to capture prospects, accounts, contacts, contact activities, tasks, opportunities, sales and all other selling activities.
• Obtain ongoing training for remote selling and CRM capabilities.
• Drive lead generation to expand new customers and markets.
• Identify customers that can benefit from other CBC platform solutions and work collaboratively within CBC to meet customer needs. Work collaboratively with Core Solutions team.
• Establish and maintain customer intelligence, proactively keep abreast of customer’s organization updates and changes and leading customer strategies. Keep abreast of market, industry and competitor intelligence and trends.
• Meet or exceed sales growth, profitability, pipeline, retention and other business goals. Manage sales forecasting and DSO.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Key Skills & Abilities:
• Background in business, science, chemicals or related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in sales in related segment/industry.
• Strong communicator, customer focused with solid interpersonal and listening skills.
• Able to communicate well in local language. Written and spoken English skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable with phone and digital communication.
• Resilient and positive, with good follow up and closing skills.

2. Key Personal Attributes:
• High integrity and ethical standards, and an excellent role model for the organization.
• Good customer handling skills with good judgement and ability to work independently.
• Self- motivated, results orientated with high drive and need for achievement.
• Practical in approach, strong problem-solving abilities with good organizational skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.

3. Accountability & Key Dimensions:
KPIs will be based on key responsibilities and deliverables.
