We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers the ability to maintain, develop relationships with key customers and manage the promotion and strategic sales. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
*Responsibilities
• Actively prospect sales leads to develop and secure potential new clients
• Conducting sales call and customer's visits according to the set for territory in order to generate sales volumes, revenues through, conversion, retention and penetration
• Obtaining sales leads and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gain new business
• Ensure service quality through co-ordination with internal department
• Handling customer complaints and enquiries
• Following up with services failure issues
• Encouraging the customer to use the Customer Automation (CA), installing and training the CA usage
• Working closely and coordinate with internal stakeholder in handling services failure, billing issues
• Understanding of local business environment is priority
• Weekly and Monthly reports to the Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in Courier Express, preferably in Air Express/Airline/Transportation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
• Good presentation skills, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Dynamic, aggressive and dedicated personality
• Possess own vehicle is a requirement
• Spoken and written English is a requirement
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
• Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in Courier Express, preferably in Air Express/Airline/Transportation industry
