Mô tả công việc
The AMS plays an important role in maintaining professional service, as the main point of contact, the AMS acts on behalf of the company, answering questions, providing product or service information, and handling any complaints or positive feedback.
1. Order Management :
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
- Invoicing/ delivery checking
- Sending price quotations to customers
- Generating Sales Contracts/ Principle contracts to customer.
2. Deliver/ Shipping/ Transportation and Invoicing:
- Shipping documents handling
- Monitoring the deliveries and updating to customers
- Handling debit/ credit
3 Coordinator:
- To coordinate with Technical , Finance, SCM to handle customer enquires and timely replies to customer
- To communicate with internal team about customer demand, expectations, changes so that team is in the loop on key activities.
- To follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
4. Stock Control
- Review stock level and provide advice to customer and sales/BU, arrange for replenishment for consigned stock customer.
- Month end closing, provide DO/Billing to customer (consigned items)
- Update sample given and provided to customer as per region/BU or sales.
- Handling stock report and sending to customer/ sales where required
5. Complaint handling:
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure solution
- Ensure complaints are recorded properly in system
- To handle product recalls/ replacement
6. Reports:
- Generate and send reports which required by sales/ customers
- Collect the forecast from customers
- By monitoring the shipments/ ordering pattern from customer and comparing against forecast, AMS will be able in good position to justify the accuracy of forecast from customer.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree in any related fields
• Proven customer support experience ( at least 1 year)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with SAP systems and practices is the advantage
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication for internal and external
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
