Account Executive / Manager

- Sell digital advertising solutions: Finding and identify clients, determine client needs, align digital advertising solutions with client needs, establish client KPIs, work with creative team & digital optimization team to design and present client proposal.
- Manage Digital advertising campaign: Coordinate with client and follow up with creative team & optimization team to launch approved digital advertising campaign, monitor digital advertising campaign.
- Evaluate performance: work with optimization team and creative team to analyze campaign delivery, performance against KPIs.
- Manage administration work with customers: Negotiate contractual agreement; send client final report, follow up contract liquidation and clients debt. Care customer and review opportunities to renew or upsell digital advertising campaign.
- KOLs dealing: work with suitable KOLs, hot fan pages, forums… for clients campaign to deal price, scope of work and follow up with creative team & optimization team to execute approved social plan.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in related fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaign for markets/agencies, especially performance campaigns with proven track record.
- Strong account management skills & knowledge of digital marketplace.
- Excellent communication and presentation in both Vietnamese & English.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Understand Digital Advertising Ecosystem (advertisers, agencies, customers, publishers)
- Project management, sales, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Explain marketing models
- Ability to describe the digital landscape, digital advertising formats & platforms
- Ability to define key digital advertising tools and technology
- KOLs dealing ability
- Customer service mindset.
- High-energy individual with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Having wide relationship in clients network will be a plus

Level/Salary Range: 12.000.000-15.000.000 Gross
