Mô tả công việc
• Account Executive is responsible for hotel reservations
• Ensure fast and accurate confirmations and smooth tour operations
• Ensure best deal to be confirmed for handled bookings
• Handling hotels and speedboats bookings using the applicable rate (including stay/pay deals, early birds, honeymoon benefits and other special offers)
• Checking and handling of emails, faxes and other correspondence from the company’s booking office with regards to hotel/ meal bookings and related tour programs
• Ensuring the fulfillment of daily reservations and confirmations of bookings within at least 48 hrs
• Ad hoc checks of accommodation FIT rates on OTA platforms to ensure competitiveness of ICS buying power; in case of gaps, liaise with the General Account Manager of the Contracting Manager to negotiate with the hotel
• Ensuring the allotments materialization to at least 80%
• Reporting on news and updated information concerning hotels
• Liaising with our company’s Booking office, Operations, Ticketing and Customer Relations in resolving issues pertaining to complications of tour programs
• Performing other tasks assigned by General Account Manager cum Data Entry Manager
