Mô tả công việc
- Handle new business in co-operation with Business Development Department (BDD), including:
a) Approach new clients or assisting BDD in approaching new clients;
b) Prepare quotations;
c) Follow up to secure the new business;
d) Arrange issuance of policy documents properly;
e) Carry out post-sale services (seminar, leaflet, premium payment follow-up, etc.);
f) Take over the new transferred accounts from BDD
- Handle and provide services to existing assigned accounts;
- Prepare renewal documents, questionnaire, presentation, audit existing covers for renewal, collect quotations;
- Participate in identifying types of insurance that should be targeted for penetration and assist in new business presentation;
- Respond to client inquiries in an efficient and professional manner and maintain close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters;
- Assist in resolution of claim;
- Cooperate with Accounting Department in following up premium settlement, bad debts from clients and to request refund of credit balance to client;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Educated to a degree level standard in Insurance, Economics, Finance or Banking
- Experience: 1 - 2 years in Insurance industry and above
- Fluent English
- Excellent computer skills: particularly Excel, Word and Power Point
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
