Mô tả công việc
Job Description :
• Provide full administration and coordinate supports to Account Manager, prepare sales report, handle enquiry, order processing and order follow up.
• Maintain customers & factories database
• Answer telephone & email inquiries from customers, forwarder and factories
• Coordination with merchandising department, shipping department and customers.
• Sourcing and coordinate with local factories for quotation, samples, production and delivery status.
• Coordinate with forwarder for export and import process
• Other assigned task to support for Vietnam Sale Team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirement :
• Well-organized, responsible and perseverance.
• Fast learner, work under pressure and have a sense of urgency
• Sales related experience preferred
• Sales driven, able to face several challenges
• Self-management, very motivated, great listener, enthusiastic, persistent and hard working
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• Good command of language skills in both written and spoken English. (Chinese is a plus)
• Knowledge of sourcing is a plus
• Be Pro-active, problems solving skill and take own initiatives.
• Able to perform well under work pressure and meet deliveries
