Department: SALES
Reports to: MANAGER AND TEAM LEADER
Coordinates with: CUSTOMERS AND PCV EMPLOYEES
I – GENERAL FUNCTION:
An Account Executive (health insurance) is responsible for all sales activities that are relevant to health insurance side of the Sales department to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department and the workflow.
II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Being responsible for all sales activities, quality control and consistency of the company’s products and services
• Developing new clients in healthcare insurance as the target assigned by the line management
• Managing existing client portfolio to maximize client’s satisfaction and loyalty
• Handling the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
• Identifying and resolving clients’ concerns/ inquires
• Preparing a variety of status reports required by the Sales Manager
• Coordinating with the Customer Service and Claims department in communicating and servicing client’s inquiries
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University or College graduated
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing or similar fields, in insurance/bank/service/finance is an advantage
• Strong passion for developing a sales career is a great advantage
• Good in English, MS office, outlook express, web, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Friendly, trust-worthy and hard -working ability to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing or similar fields, in insurance/bank/service/finance is an advantage
• Strong passion for developing a sales career is a great advantage
