Mô tả công việc
• Plan and initiate sales strategies for Distributor Channel.
• Work with the sale team to develop customer business plan to ensure that customer understand work progression and comply with the plan.
• Review category and product performance to take prompt action in case of sales volume does not meet target.
• Act as the company representative to work with Distributors
• Provide sale coaching for the sale team at the distribution centers
• Be a customer business partner by advised and supported on the opportunity to growth of their business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male or Female age not over 35 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, Economic, Business Administration or related fields
• Having experience in selling FMCG products would be advantages.
• Flexible. Able to relocate to the area needed.
• Advance skill of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive thinking, initiative and creative, high level of commitment, active and enthusiasm.
• Can communicate in English
