Account Coordinator

To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for a highly motivated account coordinator to assist and provide the best support to our Account Manager in Australia.

- Position : Account Coordinator
- Division : TPF Think_Sale Support Department
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 6h00 Am – 3h00 Pm, Monday – Friday

Reporting to Account Manager in Melbourne, this position encompasses duties of project tracking, sale support, production and administrative tasks for our merchandise requests:

- Provide day to day support to Account Manager from pre-sale, order processing to after-sale service to customer;
- Manage and maintain an accurate, timely and updated WIPS, product portfolio, sale program, inventory, quote system;
- Monitor order processing after order enquiries being confirmed;
- Coordinate and coach the production plan in according with the dispatching plan to customer;
- Day to day work with internal teams including: Studio, IT, Finance and Supply Chain to meet timing plans of the order, sale program;
- Manage the assigned merchandise websites including website traffic, orders, Inventory check and report.
- Provide day to day support functions for assigned Account Managers;

Job Requirements

- Be a great communicator in English and eager to stay updated;
- Have experience in a similar role is preferred, however not essential, if you are hungry to learn and able to hit the ground running within a busy environment;
- Have general knowledge/ experience in business administration, digital marketing, international trading or economic;
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and planning, time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills;
