ActsOne Vietnam, a beauty e-commerce company, is specialized in e-commerce and cosmetics business in Vietnam.
We are operating sky007.vn online shopping mall, and unique authorized distributor of Bbia/Eglips from Korea.
We do a lot of business activities to be successful on the beauty industry.

[Accounting tasks]
- Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department
- Review and check VAT invoice and check the shipping status for customer order from online shop
- Maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability
- Perform other duties of the accounting department as required by manager.
[Admin tasks]
- Basic Human Resource management.(Time keeping, payment of salary, annual leave, manage the employee records)
- Process order and payment statuss from shopping malls and shipping company.
- Answer inquiries related to order status, products, proof of deliveries, etc.

What You Are Good At
. University degree in Accounting and Finance and Administrator.

. English skills (in written and spoken)
. Good computer skill (MS office)
. Honest, responsible, good communication and able to work effectively under pressures.
