Accessory Purchaser

- In 2 months probation time, you must to train at Develop room. This is general regulations in Production Control Dept. You can learn about Sewing pattern process, how to learn Garment Technology, Quality Inspecting garments skills and Defect types of garments.
- Working closely with factories and contractors to process new garment orders, check sample status, production status.
- Updating order status on website and internal system.
- Responsible for inspecting sample quality, send report and arrange sample shipping.
- Calculating material consumption, garment price.
- Dealing with factories to solve unexpected problems during production and after ship.
- Always keep communication with team, store, logistic Dept., accountant Dept., QA Dept. for involved matters.
- Follow inventory & control.
- Order material.
- Follow Sup debit and credit.
- Follow up shipment & raise claim with Sup if any issue.
- Set up & managing work follow of whole purchasing activity
- Prepare monthly accomplishment report to be submitted to immediate manager
- Other duties as assigned

- Education: From High school and above
- Experience: No requirement
- Fluent in English is compulsory
- Computer literacy, ERP systems will be a plus
- Good communication and team work.
- Proactive and solve the problem well.
- Working under high pressure
