Acceptance Testing & Inspection Lead (ATI lead) is responsible for efficiently developing and providing inspection service for goods under Vestergaard interest with focus on finished products in FRI – Final Random Inspection, but including initial (pre-production) and du-pros (in-line production) inspection. Inspection service aims for quality & quantity inspection acceptance and quality improvement purpose. It operates on International Guidelines (ISO 2859 and equivalent) to provide precise and accurate inspection service with time and cost effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
• Carry out the acceptance and testing inspection (ATI) process to ensure shipment is full fill with its requirement before releasing to customer
• Schedule workloads of inspection team in order to meet deadline, and extremely important act fast in emergency mode
• Ensure inspection team sufficiently equipped with knowledge, tools and safety for a full operational state
• Review the product quality and report to supply chain management
• Conduct the ATI plan for our product to maximum the ability of risk detection
• Develop new inspection protocol
• Evaluate other products
• Conduct or review the Product Specification

• Engineering, Garment Technology, or any related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Spoken and written English
• Understanding ISO 2859 or its equivalent
• Advance in statistics
• Minimum 5 years working in quality related field
• Minimum 1 year working in inspection service at supervising level
