Job description:
 Coordinating academic operations: arranging schedules of classes, teachers and support staff.
 Responding to student feedback: relay and deliver feedback based on student comments.
 Recruitment: Assist HR with the budgeting and recruitment of academic staff. Conduct training for new staff.
 Professional Development: Evaluate staff performance on a regular basis and deliver observation feedback and training.
 Quality Control: Monitor the performance of the academic department and suggest improvements based on analysis.
 Curriculum Development: Collaborate with Regional office (Vietnam) in reviewing, updating, creating and developing Speak UP curriculum and/or products.
 Resource Management: Maximize the use of existing manpower to ensure efficient and effective use of human and capital resources

Requirements:
o Professional teaching, training & coaching experience (for adults).
o At least 3 years of management experience in educational fields.
o Student-centric attitude.
o Well-developed presentation, teaching and communication skills
