Academic Manager (English for Kids)

I. Academic Responsibility
Recruit, train and manage subordinates
Ensure high teaching quality of all teachers, TAs and students’ learning outcome of all campuses
Manage day-to-day operation of the program in all campuses
Develop procedures and ensure the consistence
Implement the standard procedures in all campuses
Ensure high percentage of student’s retention

II. Program Development Responsibility
Write and implement program development plans, especially focusing on enrollment increase with the support of marketing and sales team
Present the program to parents in the Discovery Class
Organize activities for students: field trips, graduation ceremony and other events to promote the program
Handle and settle all feedbacks and comments
Coordinate with sales and marketing team to meet sales target of the company and to increase enrollment for the program
Commit to meet up target KPI set by the company
Build up team culture in relevant to company’s direction
Fulfil other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Education:
College or higher degree with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Psychology …
Skills & Experience
To have at least 1 year of sales experience in the same position in is an advantage
To be proactive in work and ability to work under high pressure to achieve the sales targets
To be persistent, dynamic, creative, able to work well under pressure and have high responsibility
To have a professional working style and enthusiasm of business, contact with new customers
To have ability to use MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
To have the ability to communicate in English is an advantage
To have the ability to analyze, collect information, handle situations, make reports.
To have the desire and be really committed to the long-term development
