Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is seeking Head of Academic Affairs for a chain of English center system. Specific content as follow:
Responsibilities
• Ensuring teaching quality at the center.
• Involving in recruiting teachers if required.
• Handling all issues related to teachers at the center.
• Managing Academic Affairs Coordinators (AA.C) and Teaching Assistants (TA).
• Reporting according to regulations.
Job description
•Teacher Management
- Arranging teachers’ schedule.
- Arranging an exam schedule.
- Observing and evaluating teacher’s teaching.
- Giving induction to new/inexperienced teachers.
- Handling all issues related to teachers at the center.
Academic Affairs Coordinator and Teaching Assistant Management
- Evaluating the working performance of AA.C and TA.
- Supervising AA.C and TA in planning and tutoring students.
- Training teaching methods and classroom management for Academic Affairs Coordinator and Teaching Assistant Management
•Teaching and Academic Affairs
- Teaching 25 hours per month.
- Involving in planning and implementing academic activities at the center.
- Being examiners if required.
- Observing and evaluating students’ performance.
- Tutoring students.
- Other tasks as required.

Requirements:
• Gender: Male/Female
• Age: 27 or above
• Bachelor in English or equivalent. Master in TESOL or Applied Linguistics is preferable.
• Excellent in teaching and teaching methodology.
• + 5 years in teaching English at different programs and levels. Priority is given to those who are able to teach exam preparations (IELTS, TOEIC).
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.
• Having experience in a managerial role.
• Affable but decisive, mature in dealing with people.
• Working location: HCMC
• Gender: Male/Female
• Age: 27 or above
