Mô tả công việc
I. Inventory control (40%)
- Carry out distributors’ inventory report reconciliation on daily basis, analyze & fix the gaps
- Carry out physical stock count on monthly basis, collect & file distributors stock report
- Carry out obsolete stock count on monthly basis to adjust within the month
- Track goods receipt & redressing progress
- Ensure stock supply sufficiency to sales demands & balance stock among regions
- Analyze slow moving & obsolete inventory items, execute & monitor plans to sell out
- Prepare weekly inventory reports & monthly distributors dashboard
II. Order fulfillment (40%)
- Analyze daily distributors’ back order reports to and follow up with related stakeholders to deliver the orders to customers at the soonest
- Deep-dive analysis on on-time & in-full data for timely service improvement
III. Other logistics tasks (20%)
- Stock replenishment
- Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1+ year experience in either: Data analysis, Demand Planning, Audit, Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Warehouse, Supply chain, System implementation, Reporting, etc …
- Strong data analysis & advanced Excel skills required. Preferred VBA & data consolidation experience
- Strong mathematical or statistical knowledge, good sense of numbers
- Sense of urgency & priorities, carefulness, attention to details, goals & results driven, ability to meet deadlines and get assigned tasks properly done in a timely manner
- Excellent service mind set and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Good time management skill, fast learner and willingness to learn new things
Would be preferred, but not required
- Exposure to VBA, SQL
- Strong data analysis & advanced Excel skills required. Preferred VBA & data consolidation experience
