THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY FOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION (DB) SERVICES, VIETNAM. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. This solicitation will be for Design and Construction companies. Any resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced.
The US Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam hereby invites interested and legally eligible architecture design and construction companies who can provide design build construction services (DB) in Vietnam to propose for DB services on forth coming and future construction projects. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding design build contracts for construction of humanitarian assistance and institutional projects such as District Hospitals, rural Clinics, Primary and Secondary Schools in Vietnam.

To obtain information, interested and eligible companies are strongly encouraged to visit the U.S Embassy Vietnam website (https://vn.usembassy.gov/). Phase 1 solicitation will be posted late March or early April, 2020 in the following places; U.S Embassy Vietnam website. Interested and eligible companies are highly encourage to visit the specified avenues to receive instructions for submitting a Phase 1 proposal. Companies are responsible for all costs and fees associated with preparation of proposals in Phase 1.
This project is contingent on availability of funds. If the project is cancelled, all proposal preparation costs will be borne by the proposing companies.
