A&P Assistant Manager

1. Leading an A&P Team in term of mall campaigns, communication, tenant support and casual lease.
2. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
3. Working closely with other departments such as Leasing, Operation, Finance to archive company objectives.
4. Proposing and overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
5. Managing creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
6. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
7. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
8. Monitor effectiveness of marketing communications
9. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
10. Overseeing public relations and marketing channels including but not limited to social media (Facebook …) digital frame, taxi ads and direct mailing for shopping mall
11. Followed through payment and revenue process within company SAP enterprise management system.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, sales or a similar field
• Outstanding command of spoken and written English, including creative copy, business and technical writing skills
• Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications.
• At least 4 years marketing experience, at least 1 year in a managerial position.
• Proven sales and marketing skills.
• Effective leadership, negotiation, organization, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience in marketing tools, concepts and campaigns.
• Be proactive, creative, and detail-oriented and work well independently.
• Having experience working at shopping mall is an advantage
