A&m Management Manager

- Consolidate AOP A&M budget for total Marketing team by working with Brand to understand their activities, Mkt calendar, then verify, analyze with historical data and propose to Sr. VP Marketing for review and alignment.
- Build and get alignment on Opex USD per year of MKT Department (T&E, IT, Training, etc…) for Marketing Department
- Track Marketing fund/A&M budget, provide guidance to the team to open, spend, claim and book accrual in accordance with SOA and sit down with Planning to reconcile data on monthly basic
- Control and provide guidance to the team to follow A&M process for JV & FOBO in accordance with SOA
- Provide A&M reporting timely and accurately to other functions, Franchises (VIMAP), Region (Asia Pacific) and Sectors
- Lead the whole team (Marketing and Trade Marketing) to work with the Corporate auditors, Region auditors, Internal auditors and External auditors by liaising and being the contact person to handle auditor requests, following up with other functions to implement action plans after audit
- Provide data, reports to support team to negotiate with purchased activities on key retainer creative, media, digital agencies
- Process the contract/ annex, allocate agencies budget to all brands and make retainer fees payments to key agencies such as creative agencies, media agencies, and package design, etc.
- Provide guidance to brand team & work with Control team to correct & revert wrong charges
- Lead team on make sure accruals and clearing accruals are compliance with process and timeline
- Provide induction of A&M process for newcomers joining MKT Department
- Communicate SPVB CoC policy to key agencies in charge of selection by Mkt and ensure their understandings to follow and comply
- Provide inputs & give suggestion to improvise A&M process where appropriate, simplification to reduce workload for MKT team
- Other adhoc requested by line managers, MKT Cat Heads and other functions….
Additional scope from Level 7:
- Lead 5 MKT Admin to support whole MKT Depart on Marketing admin

- University graduation in Marketing, economics or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences, preferable in FMCG
- Strong numerical skills (strong sense of numbers) and analysis skills
- Good at leadership (able to take others with you and deal with senior level)
- High complexity skills to manage complexity works
- Good at communication, negotiation skills
- Details-oriented
- B9Good at English and strong Excel as well as other office computer skills
