Mô tả công việc
Installing, maintaining and improving the hardware infrastructure, associated software systems, auxiliary systems, and network performance by implementing new technologies whilst maintaining network and maintain IT infrastructure of the business.
1. Ensuring uninterrupted availability of network. Planning and supervising maintenance and administration of all network related hardware, and system software.
2. Suggesting, Implementing, Supervising and monitoring system improvements projects and enhancements relating to installations (Systems, Network, Server / Computer hardware).
3. Continuously updating the system and LAN/ WAN configuration along with the Systems Engineer to satisfy the constant requirement of the organization to “do things better“. Continuously evaluating threats and safeguard the system against threats.
4. Providing technical information to help decide on network related hardware purchases, propose new methods, software and tools to improve the business systems and processes.
5. Troubleshooting network software, network related application issues and network related hardware / Software failures by providing necessary support along with the IT staff members whenever necessary & resolving problems pertaining to software specifications or bugs with vendor.
6. Maintaining the helpdesk and allocate tasks to system support executive. Ensuring problems are resolved within agreed time frames.
7. Constantly ensuring that the network is well monitored and maintained according to specifications handed down by the Manager. Implement ICT policies, standards and architecture, adopting and implementing group level policy and standards where applicable.
8. Performing additional duties by gathering extracting editing info based on management or user request in order to assist decision making.

1. Experience in similar position at least 6 years in manufacturing company
2. Good knowledge about:
System Hardware
- Hardware Firewall Knowledge (Fortinet)
- Router Knowledge (CISCO)
- L3/L2 Switch Knowledge (CISCO)
- Lan Cabling
System Software
- Windows Serve Knowledge (WIN 2008/2012/2016)
- Active Directory Domain Controller Knowledge
- DHCP Knowledge
- File Server knowledge
- Windows Printer Servers knowledge
- Veritas Backup Software knowledge
Additional Knowledge (Good to Have)
- T&A / Door Lock device configuration knowledge
- MS Database Administrator knowledge
3. Good at English, communication skill, team work skill
4. Able to work extra hours if needed
