Maintain and expand business in the assigned area.
- To be responsible for Sales turnover for air
- To plan and implement Sales and Marketing strategies directly responsible for CEO
- To help establish and direct the development and implementation of short and long term business plans for the company and to oversee preparation of divisional sales budgets in support of these plans
- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company’s services and solutions
- Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
- Expands existing or current customer base by recognizing and involving top cargo agents within the area.
- Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
- Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
- Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strictly following company guidelines and policies

1. Educational: university graduated
2. Experiences: at least 3 years on Cargo area/ airlines
3. Skills:
- Good at Sales skill
- Significant sales and marketing change management experience supported by advanced conceptual and logistics skills, high levels of numerical and verbal reasoning and be of advance intellectual ability.
- Regional and local market knowledge and commercial understanding.
- Chinese Fair in reading / listening/ writing/ speaking
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese: spoken and written skills
- Hard working and can do multi tasks.
- Must possess a complete understanding of the flight/cargo operation
- Solving problem skill.
- Excellent communication and building relationship.
- High motivated, disciplined and compliance.
