Mô tả công việc
Design work
• Undertake architectural, concept design, 3D perspective … for assigned projects
• Make amendments to the design as required.
• Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check and ensure designs are properly validated as per the approved design process.
• Undertake site visits as required.
• Undertake quality assurance checking of drawings and calculations produced by self and that of other team members as directed by Team Leader/Design Manager.
• Produce architectural design briefs, documents, reports and specifications as required.
• Produce architectural drawings utilizing 3ds Max/Photoshop/Sketchup/ AutoCad as appropriate for the project.
• Follow Company’s design procedures
Project management
- Check and monitor project progress, acceptance and completion of works
- Making paperwork to work with state agencies
- Performing other tasks according to the assignment of management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree qualified in Architecture.
• Years of experience: min 2 year experience.
• Previous experience working within an architectural design company..
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCad, 3ds Max/Photoshop/Sketchup…
• Can communicate in English.
