3PL Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join the Elsa Vietnam team as a 3PL Specialist in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for logistics operation and third-party delivery services management at ELSA to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time with the most effective cost.

● Managing and optimizing third-party delivery services to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time
● Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
● Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
● Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
● Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
● Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
● Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
● Prepare accurate reports for upper management

● At least 1 year of similar experience in third-party delivery companies or fast-moving environment
● Proficient in using common computer/technology applications
● Have a flexible, resilient, and positive can-do attitude, have initiative and be proactive in problem-solving beyond the call of duty
● Meticulous, excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and handle high pressure
● An “A-team” player who can deliver high-quality outcomes both independently or in a team
● Good command in English
