3D Visualizers

• Work in Teams or independently with Director / Senior / External consultants to create / develop 3D renderings during concepts, schematics, developed design for client / consultant / authority purposes;
• Work on both architecture & interior design projects;
• Participate in developing the design once direction is set / agreed.
• Ability to work with Senior / Team & Consultants to develop and produce 3D renderings to program in 3D Max as required;
• Build up the 3D model/map/reference images library for use.
• Introduce new techniques for 3D modelling to show designs to clients to help in their understanding of the concept;
• Program the production of 3D imagery so that all deliverables can be developed, reviewed and incorporated as required into design submissions;
• Provide feedback on Deadline programs so that there is sufficient time to produce views with required review and amendment process.
• Work on Team assignments, confirm role with senior, contribute to overall design process, conversations, reviews, and participate to complete program & deliverables.
• Utilise standard design tools (3D max/Hand/CAD/SKU/Exotic software/study models), explore new tools and techniques, work to standards, and maintain Brand across all activities.
• Be accountable for your efforts and actions to your Profession, Team, Culture, and Environment.

• Support Business Development Manager when appropriate and required
• Support the Director other IT, administrative & management tasks when required - Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent certificate
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• Proficient in 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High responsibility

• Fluently written and spoken English is preferable
